Thank you for your patience while we juggled appointments based on the latest COVID 19 guidelines. We did our best to accommodate those patients in pain and with dental issues throughout the shutdown. Now, we can be here for you full time. If you need to be rescheduled from a past postponed appointment or just need to schedule, please call.
Our new protocol dictates mask-wearing in and out of the office for patients (all staff members wear masks throughout the office), temperature taking, new one-way directional walking around the office, 6 foot social distancing, HEPA filter air purifiers with UV light in each clinical room, a Hypochlorous acid FOGGER to deactivate viruses and disinfect the air between patients, all touchable surfaces are wiped with disinfectant, and appropriate PPE is worn by our clinical staff.
The logistics of doing dental procedures in this new era are formidable. Our staff have participated in many webinars to learn the best ways to safeguard you and us, and I can assure you we have meticulously considered every step of every procedure and ways to reduce risk. This has meant figuring out ways to not open drawers (where aerosol could settle) during procedures. We anticipate our needs for supplies and have an employee act as a rover to get needed items to the staff in treatment rooms during procedures. We even FOG ourselves as well as all rooms between patients.
Thank you for trusting us with your care. You are an important part of our dental family, and the Fishbaine dental team is committed to keeping you safe. We look forward to seeing you back in the office and as always will take excellent care of you.
